- Bring your own yoga mat. Bring a bottle of water and a towel, if you like.
- Inform the instructor of any injuries prior to the start of class.
- Wear clothing that allows you full range of movement without restriction gym shorts and t-shirts, tank tops and yoga pants, etc
- Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before practice. If this isnt possible, eat lightly at least an hour before class.
