'Power Balladz' celebrates the rock music of what has been affectionately dubbed the "hair bands" of the '70s '80s and '90s. With the help of three actors, a first-rate band, and bells and whistles reminiscent of arena rock shows - lots of lights, fog, video projections, outlandish costumes and long hair - 'Power Balladz' is a funny and lively take on the pop culture and music that served as the soundtrack for the lives of millions of people during the last three decades of the 20th century. The show takes an unexpected turn when the high school sweetheart of one of the musicians stumbles into the show after 10 years apart, raising the question - will he be man enough to finally score the girl of his dreams? An evening at 'Power Balladz' begins 30 minutes prior to curtain with rock trivia games and contests and an opportunity for the audience to socialize and meet their fellow theatergoers. Following the performance, ticket holders have access to a live-band rock anthem karaoke show during which they are welcome to perform on stage and realize their own 'Power Balladz' fantasies. All seating is cabaret style seating with drink service in your seats and a bar located right in the theater.
