POW! POW! Action Art Festival 2009 October 18, 2009

POW! POW! displays "cutting-edgy" work of performers and artists such as Frank Moore, Keith Hennessey, Michael Namkung and many others. The content of these shameless pieces are all over the map, ranging from works about volcanic eruptions, underwater explorations of performative hygiene, photographs of souls, wearable art pieces, first dates, electro-mechanical soft sculptures, absurdist hip hop performances, art critiques, interactive video installations, Japanese-American Internment camps, and the ironic and sometimes brutal ideals we teach our children that we consider acceptable.
