Pottery Class for K-12th Grades for Home School Students March 1, 2009

The K-5th grades will be learning to build cylinders and to create sculptural features on the sides. The students ages 12 and older will be able to learn to throw cylinders on the wheel. There are two hours of instruction each week, and students will need the two hours of un- instructed Open Studio time to complete their projects for the kiln firing schedule.

The grade groups are as follows on Mondays with Open Studio in the same time blocks on Fridays:

K-3rd 10 am to Noon
Lunch Noon to 1:00
4th -6th 1:00 to 3:00
Planning Break 3:00- 4:00
7th - 12th 4:00 - 6:00
