Potterdelphia October Outing October 22, 2006

Spend the day celebrating the wonders of autumn! Take part in fun fall activities, such as apple picking and corn mazes, leading up to the jack-o-lantern lighting and a hayride to the bonfire--with marshmallows and cider!

This is not explicitly a Harry Potter themed event; however, we'll celebrate Nearly-Headless Nick's deathday and share a scary tale or two about other Hogwarts ghosts and perhaps even discuss the rise of You-Know-Who.

This event is just 9 days before Halloween, so you're encouraged to dress in costume! Your Head Girl will be decked out in orange and black... Chudley Cannons colors, of course!

We only need reservations if our group has more than 30 people, so please RSVP as soon as you can.

Pick your own Fall Apples: prices vary per pound and per bushel
Straw Bale and Corn Mazes: $5 per person
Pony Rides: $5 per person
Face Painting: $3-5 per person
Autumn Moon Hayride: $5 per person

Potterdelphia is a social organization of dedicated Harry Potter fans in and around Philadelphia, who gather monthly to discuss theories, characters, and other elements of HP nerdery. Potterdelphia also participates in a variety of volunteer activities that support local children by promoting education and furthering literacy.
