Dating 101, core to the Post Modern Dating philosophy, covers the fundamental principles of dating in an engaging, entertaining, and enlightening way.

In this seminar, participants will:

* Evaluate their dating readiness & your central values/beliefs
* Identify and confront the key hindrances/obstacles to dating success
* Assess body language and the image presented to others and understand how this impacts dating success
* Select a dating strategy

Led in tandem by a male and female coach, Dating 101 is both a learning and a social event.
