Portraying A Nation February 25, 2011

Drawn from the Chrysler's extensive photography collection, "Portraying a Nation" presents more than 100 portraits by American photographers from 1850 through 2010. The exhibition covers four themes: "Friends and Family," "I Am What I Do," "My Message is My Meaning," and "Joiners and Loners," while honoring and celebrating the vitality and diversity of all those who define themselves as Americans.
