Blush was formed by brothers Andrew and Matt Cushman along with sister Mary Cushman in May of 2001. Conceived in a stagnant Akron/Canton music scene the band immediately grew out of its surroundings and attained a rapidly increasing regional buzz. The bands self titled first release was a sublime use of melody, layers and hooks that featured radio friendly songs.
