Pollo Tropical® is encouraging its fans to get hooked on two new shrimp dishes launching just in time for the Lenten season. Pollo Tropical has created a new, Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap and Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Salad, to be offered at all of its company-owned restaurants for a limited
time beginning February 21.
Customers can get their hands on the Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap that features marinated grilled shrimp, melted cheddar jack cheese, freshly-chopped tomatoes, and a tangy chipotle dressing - all on an 8-inch flatbread that is finished on the grill press. The wrap is a tasty twist on the popular Chicken Quesadilla Wrap, and is available as a combo with a side dish and fountain drink for just $4.99 or a la carte for $2.89.
Pollo Tropical is also introducing for a limited time the new Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Salad. It’s like a fiesta in a bowl! The Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Salad features marinated grilled shrimp, crisp romaine lettuce, black bean fiesta mix, multi-colored tortilla chips, and shredded cheese tossed with a chipotle ranch dressing and topped off with a cheese-filled tortilla. The salad is a generous portion of delicious flavors for just $6.99.
