Professor Ford is the author of the upcoming book, The Race Card, and an expert on civil rights constitutional law. He will start off our discussion with a snapshot of what the law says about the relationship between church and state, leading us into a broader conversation about what he and we think that relationship should be.

San Francisco : We know you can toast to a cold cocktail and dance to the music, but can you mix it up with some policy?. The New York young professional and social scene has embraced the Policy on the Rocks series for the past 3 years.
