Polar Bear Plunge January 1, 2009

Challenge your family, friends and co-workers...are they brave enough to take the PLUNGE? Are you? Join us at 1pmsharp on New Year's day for a fun and fast jump into the Orangevale Community Pool. Check in begins at 12:30pm, with the plunge taking place at 1pm. After the jump, enjoy a complimentary cup of hot chocolate or a warm bowl of soup. You should be in good health to participate. Proceeds from this event go to the youth recreation scholarship fund, which provides low income children the opportunity participate in recreation programs. Call 988-1260 for more information.
