PodCamp is an informal unconference event around online social tools: blogging, podcasting, videoblogging, Twitter, wikis, virtual worlds, etc. Our Seattle event is aimed at new media enthusiasts, marketers, PR and ad people, and technologists. Curious about Twitter? Wondering where consumers are leading marketers? Trying to figure out which microphone is best for podcasting? This event is for you! All skill levels are welcome to attend.

PodCamp Seattle will consist of four tracks:

* Intro/101 Track - discussions centered around getting started in new media. Intro to Podcasting, Getting Started with Twitter, etc.

* Marketing/PR/Advertising Track - how to use these tools to better connect with your main constituents. Current talks include "Social Media and Direct Response" and "Your Customers Have Left the Station."

* Technology Track - to get into the nuts and bolts of social tools. Microsoft's Paolo Tosolini will talk about Enterprise Podcasting, and Bryan Partingon will demonstrate Videophlow.

* Social Good Track - to discuss how to use social tools to further societally-responsible causes. Marty McDonald of egg usa and Jen Scott of Maxwell PR will discuss marketing and advertising companies doing social good.

Currently, our speakers include agency principals and strategists, founders of tech plays, folks from Microsoft, and local new media leaders.
