One of the first and longest-lasting country-rock groups, Poco had its roots in the dying embers of the Buffalo Springfield. Poco is one of the first groups to pioneer country-rock music with harmonies and instruments of country mixed with rock 'n' roll rhythms. Their influence runs deep in both country and pop music.
