POCC meetup - New Startup August 9, 2008

I am Prashant Sachdev BE Computer from PICT (2002 batch) and worked for a small company Kenati Technologies for 3+ years which is now part of 2Wire. Recently, I have completed my MBA in Entrepreneurship from a top school in US - Babson College and now I am back here in India and excited to start up in Pune.

I am starting a company in area of audio / video metadata space. To get idea as to exactly what you can have a look at some similar companies - www.gotuit.com www.veotag.com www.omnisio.com. I am still in initial stage of team formation and want to kickstart prototype development. I will be working on this full time and I am also looking for people to join in full time. Recent acquisition of omnisio by Google is making me more excited but at the same time pressure is ON to move swiftly and build great products. More on my plan when we meetup.

I am looking for smart developers, UI expert and marketing / sales specialist. I am also open with idea of technical co-founder. Having relevant technical experience and significant interest in entrepreneurship will be preferred.
