This course will cover the concepts, theory, practical knowledge and techniques for the setup and preparation of a formal project as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI has updated their Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) to the 4th edition. This course incorporates the changes to that reference. It provides a comprehensive preparation for the PMPĀ® certification exam, including exam taking tips. Also included is a 50-question practice exam covering the PMBOKĀ® Guide 4th Edition for the Area of Project Initiation.
