Topic Abstract:

Why are some organizations more successful than others? One key reason is that they think about what they do. For most organizations, ROI means only the return they get on their Investments. For successful organizations it also means the return they get on their Ideas, Interactions and Implementation.

Successful organizations are able to think in many different ways. And so are the individuals and teams inside them. They are all able to think logically as well as intuitively. They are able to see both the big picture and the detail. They are able to balance opportunity with consequence. These successful organizations do not have a ‘secret sauce’ or ‘recipe’; the secret, if at all, is that they are more aware of what how they ‘see’ things.

Research on the brain has led to an understanding that each of us has a preferred way and mode of thinking that affects the way we take in and process information. The awareness of one’s own thinking style and the thinking style of others, combined with the ability to act outside of one’s preferred thinking style is known as ‘Whole Brain Thinking’ or the Technology of Thinking

In this one hour session ‘ Technology of Thinking ‘ Prasad will present the Whole Brain Thinking Model, the philosophy and his experiences of implementing this technology with real life examples of organizations in India and overseas

Note:

Monthly seminar is FREE FOR ALL / NO Entry FEE; one does not have to be Pune Chapter member to attend this seminar.
