Savita Pathak, PMP has over 12 years of industry experience and last 5 years on using BPM technology for business processes. She is Project Manager with BISIL and heads Deliveries team that configures and implements business process. An MBA in Finance she works as business analyst and solution architect on BPM platform. Prior to this assignment she has worked as Sr. Systems Analyst, Software Quality Administrator and briefly been part of HR function in her previous employments.

Business Process Management is not a new concept any more however still manages to create confusion in the minds of the users as it encompasses a lot in its scope and appeals to various people in various ways. It is most popularly seen as a workflow solution. BPM technology is a framework of applications that effectively tracks and orchestrates business processes. Some call it a holistic management approach focused on aligning all aspects of an organization with the wants and needs of clients. It offers flexibility that enables the organizations to be more efficient, effective and adopt the changing business environment faster.

Vivek is B E (Computers) from PICT Pune and has done his MS (Computers) from BITS Pilani. He has 18 years of IT Experience of which 8 years as project and program manager with 3 years as business unit head. As a business leader he has successfully lead large multimillion $$ projects which span over multiyear programs across the globe. Currently he is working as AVP in Mahindra Satyam Pune.
