In Spring, well-known landscape artist Charles White will teach the techniques of "plein aire" landscape painting in the rolling hills and valley's of Tuscany.

“Plein Aire” painters work on location to quickly capture the changing light that occurs in nature, giving the artwork the reality that cannot be achieved any other way. The look gives the viewer the feeling and sense of being right there with the artist — right there in the scene.
Enrollment is limited to a small number of participants who will spend part of each day painting under the artist’s guidance. Day trips take participants to classic vistas of villages, hamlets, hillsides, and seascapes.
Participants will have the choice of staying in a historic Tuscan home or at nearby hotels for 9 days/8 nights.
