From savory to sweet, from salty to sour, from spicy to tangy, from exotic to All-American, we'll taste it all, so come along and take your taste buds on the ride of their life. Tonight's event is all about tasty ravioli and wine pairings at La Botte Ristorante!

Designed almost exclusively from oak wine barrels, La Botte's immaculately crafted interior is built from walls that have spent their lives aging alongside the crushed grape. Feeling quite opposite from their harder-to-find Piccolo property in Venice Beach, La Botte's animated owners Stefano De Lorenzo and chef Antonio Mure are much more on stage here thanks to an excellent Northern Italian menu, generous floor space and an easily found address.

The beauty of La Botte is that its dedication to the well-crafted extends beyond its woodsy interior to the picturesque creations sent out from Antonio Mure's kitchen. His wizardry is impressive, from the Kandinsky-like carpaccios to the encrusted Ahi tuna. On select occasions, Mure even appears from the kitchen to sprinkle truffle dust over your pasta or beef filet.

For tonight's SPECIAL event, we will experiencing 3 ravioli and wine pairings and all for just $90, including tax and tip. The complete menu will feature the following:

Cold Appetizer
Proscuitto and Cheese paired with a Wine

Hot Appetizer
Asparagi Gratinati - Steamed asparagus, melted fontina and a porcini mushroom sauce

Raviolis

- Homemade Chestnut and Gorgonzola Cheese Raviolis with white walnut pesto sauce that is paired with a specially selected Wine

- Homemade Fontina Cheese Raviolis topped with brown butter that is paired with a specially selected Wine

- Homemade Ravioli filled with duck, foie gras and cabbage served in a bed of marinara and topped with butter and sage sauce that is paired with a specially selected Wine

This event needs to Pre-Paid by September 21 to reserve your spot and your payment will cover the entire ravioli and wine pairing.

* If you are paying via check, the cost will go down to $90 and you'll have to email me for an address to send the check to.

IMPORTANT: You cannot just show up for this event. I need to collect all the money and pay in one lump sum by September 22. I also need to turn in a final headcount that same day. This event is first come, first served. The first 20 who pay the fee will get to go.
