Plate by Plate - Project by Project's 7th Annual Tasting Benefit August 1, 2009

Right as you walk in, you will smell the savory and mouth-watering dishes of over 40 chefs from many of the Southland's finest New American, International and Fusion restaurants. To perfectly accompany the many array of these divine dishes and desserts, sip (or gulp! we won't tell!) some of the finest and unique drinks from exceptional vintners, brewers and distillers from around the world.

While you tickle your tastebuds with tantalizing dishes and drinks, take in the live entertainment on stage. The entertainment will surely be captivating. but remember to keep an eye out for celebrities in attendance as well as the unique items in our Silent Auction.

And for those of you who love to have the warm, fuzzy feeling (not just in your tummy, but that other special place, your heart!) - At the end of the night, after all's eaten and drunk, you will leave knowing that your participation will be helping out the community. ALL net proceeds from the admission and auction purchases will benefit the Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Program (API SBP), helping them further their mission to assisting the development of Asian and Pacific Islander small and micro businesses in Los Angeles during economy tough time.
