Pioneer Village April 29, 2008

This exhibit focuses on various aspects of pioneer life. It includes an organic garden, which features economically important plants from around the world grown with organic methods used by the pioneers, a blacksmith shop, the Esperanza School House (which dates back to 1866), the Swedish Pioneer Cabin (built around 1840) and a wishing well.
