I'd like to invite you all to a pinhole photography solo exhibition that I will be having in the month of January at the Imagebox Productions gallery in Garfield. I will showcase 20 pinhole prints that I've produced in the last year as well as the various handmade cameras used in the process. Please join me for the gallery reception. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. A good fried of mine, John Mahood, is lending his gallery space for the show. The work will be hanging for the entire month, but it is a private gallery and isn't open to the public unless otherwise arranged.

PINHOLE WORKSHOP

Saturday, January 26th, 2008
1:00pm - 3:00pm

Imagebox Productions
4933 Penn Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15224

Learn the basic theory and techniques of pinhole photography by attending this creative workshop. Students will construct their own pinhole camera from a candy tin and expose paper negatives in the new camera at the workshop. A darkroom will be setup for the students to develop their negatives so that they can see instant success from their new camera creation.

The cost of the workshop is $15 and will include all the materials necessary to make the pinhole camera in class. Students will keep their pinhole camera, pinhole starter kit, and paper handbook provided for them during session.

The pinhole workshop is being held in conjunction with the Pinhole Visions exhibition at the Imagebox Gallery which will be on display for the entire month of January.
