The LPPC meeting is for Libertarian Party of Pinellas-(LPPC) OFFICERS, MEMBERS and *NEW Attendees (voter registered "Libertarian" in Pinellas County) who are interested in helping the LP Pinellas affiliate and who RSVP before meetings unless otherwise they are personally invited, and are Libertarian CLUB participants. There will be a VOTE for By-Law changes and new officers for 2010. If you have met the requirements to run and contact the LPPC and you will be added to the nominee list. Offices available are Chair and Secretary/Treasurer. If only one nominee for LPPC office is running that person may be win by acclamation. If no nominees are available for the office previous officers will remain.

The New LPPC Officers who have been ELECTED solely by the CERTIFIED Libertarian Party of Pinellas County-(LPPC) MEMBERS at Annual Meeting, will be recognized as the only OFFICIAL LPPC Officers. The LPPC Officer status will begin immediately after election as "Acting" Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer while previous officers may assist in the transition to help turn over party records to new officers, make bank account changes for new signers, review SOE report filing procedures/requirements and notify Pinellas SOE and State LP of changes in Officers BEFORE the end of quarterly SOE reporting period (March 31, 2010).
If any officer is unable serve on the Libertarian Party of Pinellas Executive Committee, a new officer may be appointed by remaing Officer(s) as needed.

If you wish to vote at future LPPC meetings, you should attend this meeting *(NEW Attendees Must meet LPPC requirements to vote at future meetings).

A credentials check of attendees and/or meeting sign-in will be required to attend meeting.

Speakers, LP Pinellas Officers and (LIB) Attendees or Club participants who RSVP prior to meeting will have priority seating at meeting.

-are NEW (never attended or a long time since attending a meeting or new to Libertarian Party)
-or from outside of Pinellas County
-or who are NOT voter registered Libertarian
-and who have NOT met LP Pinellas membership requirements
may NOT vote at LP Pinellas affiliate meeting and may require special approval to attend LPPC meeting.
You must meet LPPC membership qualifications and be approved by LPPC EC to vote at LPPC Meetings.
