PINCHBOTTOM GIVES IT THE OL’ COLLEGE TRY
“Best Burlesque” Off-Bway Spring Season kicks off with classic collegiate romp “Pinch U.”

WORLD PREMIERE. Nasty Canasta arrives for her first day of Freshman year at Pinchbottom University, where the student body is well-rounded, the college green is nicely trimmed, and the extracurricular activities are all extra-extracurricular! But even though she quickly befriends "Big Man on Campus" Jonny Porkpie, Nasty discovers that dorm life is a lot harder than anticipated at... PINCH U.

But when, despite surviving a rigorous hazing process with flying colors (and flying clothing), Nasty's application to burlesque sorority Theta Ampersand Alpha is stymied by an obnoxious upperclassman and a buttoned-down Dean of the College, Nasty, Jonny, and their outcast friends devise a plan to put the snotty senior and uptight administrator in their place.

"In one way or another, everybody wants to go back to college," says co-producer and co-star Nasty Canasta. "The drinking, the lack of responsibility, the random hookups, streaking the quad... Actually, life in burlesque is much more exciting than campus life ever was. So with Pinch U., we're taking the audience back to what college should have been."

Starring Nasty Canasta & Jonny Porkpie, featuring Bastard Keith, Clams Casino, Delirium Tremens, Miss Coney Island 2009 Gal Friday, Naughtia Nice, Trixie Little & The Evil Hate Monkey, and The World Famous *Bob* in an all-new Pinchbottom show in the tradition of such somber meditations on collegiate life as 'Animal House', 'Revenge of the Nerds' and 'Teen Wolf Too'.
