PIFA: Brave New World - Fashion & Freedom 1911-1919 May 2, 2011

This exhibition will focus on the tumultuous years of 1911-1919, a period when the interplay between the fine arts and fashion was particularly strong. Approximately a dozen garments with appropriate accessories will be on display. These will include examples of French couture and garments produced in Philadelphia.
