After winning the 2004 Julliard ConcertoCompetition, David Greilsammer performed his debut at New York’sLincoln Centre with orchestra giving the American Premiere of ErwinSchulhoff’s Piano Concerto; Schulhoff’s astonishing work had beentragically neglected since the composer’s death in a Nazi concentrationcamp in 1942. Praised by the New York Times for this bold and uniqueperformance David Greilsammer is now regularly invited to perform inthe major concert halls worldwide under the leading conductors of ourtime.
