PIANO MAGIC
LEAFCUTTER JOHN
plus Klima
The Museum's summer gig series opens with a full evening of great music - first up we have the indietronica outfit Klima, with the London-based French vocalist Angèle David-Guillou. Since his first release on Planet-Mu records in 2000, Leafcutter John (aka John Burton, and also a member of Polar Bear) has developed a strong musical identity using processed instrumental and environmental recordings. Completing the night, we are delighted to welcome Piano Magic, who have been plying their wistful and exceptional brand of alternative pop and melancholy for over 10 years now. Three great atmpospheric acts brought to the equally atmospheric surroundings of the Museum.
