Piano Concert - China Tour Benefit Performance May 8, 2010

Young piano virtuoso Steven Vanhauwaert is headed to China as the only artist from the U.S. invited on a mission to bridge cultural divides. In a benefit concert to help pay for the trip, Vanhauwaert will bring his deft musical touch to the works of some of the greatest composers of piano music: Chopin, Schumann, Debussy, Liszt, Schubert and Liebermann. A regular on the Southern California chamber music scene, Vanhauwaert is hailed by critics as having a "monster technique" and being a "superb performer."
