This month's talk is entitled "Leveraging JavaScript in your PHP Projects" by Kathryn Reeve. JavaScript can be found in many unusual places these days; from on the server, within your favourite IDE to its common place home: the browser. This talk will take what you know about PHP and apply that to the world of JavaScript with it's anonymous functions, odd scoping all the way through to the wonderful world of AJAX.
PHPNW (PHP North West) is a group focussing on the PHP web development language in the North-of-England.
