Learn to use Photoshop as an effective tool to prepare images for the Web. Optimize GIF, JPEG and PNG files for quality and quick downloads. Create animated GIFs, rollover images and web icons. Learn best-practice methods to create image slices and integrate images into your Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Create an image gallery and convert a Photoshop mock-up into a working HTML interface with the help of the instructor – Zac Van Note, who has over 11 years experience as a graphic/web designer and instructor. This class is offered though UNM Continuing Education, starting April 20, 2010 through April 29, 2010 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-9pm. Tuition is $259 and classes will be held in the UNM Continuing Education South Building at 1634 University Blvd NE in Albuquerque.
