Photographica Fair May 5, 2007

The annual Brisbane Photographica Fair will be held Sunday 6th May 2007. Cameraholics is an affiliated club of the Photographic Society of Queensland and the members are active in collecting old cameras and photographic equipment and images.

You may like to hire a table, to sell old cameras, darkroom equipment, outdated or short dated film, chemicals & papers, etc. The photographers that attend this fair cover almost every field of photography.

Over 400 people attend the fair every year, and they range from students seeking working cameras so they may learn photography, to Camera club members and keen Photographers, up to experienced working or even retired professional Photographers.

The items sold at the fairs have covered the history of photography from the start in the 1840-50’s, up to modern digital equipment. From hard to find accessories, mint condition cameras, to parts that can help restore some cameras back to working glory.
