Team Obama and the Philadelphia Democratic Party team up for the final City Wide Pep Rally to get voters motivated to get out to the polls on Election Day. Democratic elected officials from across the city calling on the entire party structure to join together with all hands on deck to create the largest Get Out To Vote effort in the city's history.
