Philadelphia City Hall Presents welcomes Philadelphia School of Circus Arts for a breathtaking aerial performance in the City Hall Courtyard. City Hall Presents is a new series of free concerts and events at City Hall showcasing Philadelphia’s world-class performing arts organizations.
