Celebrates National Library Week

Dallas, Texas - Mar 30, 2006 To commemorate National Library Week, April 2-8, 2006, the Phil Johnson Historic Archives & Research Library has scheduled two events.

On Tuesday, April 4th at 7pm and Saturday, April 8th at 2 pm, Phil Johnson will be sharing his historic slide presentation on the roots of Dallas? GLBT community.

Presentations will be followed by a question and answer period where attendees are encouraged to share their stories and recollections. The library will host an open house before and after each event.

For many years, Phil Johnson has helped preserve and share his interest in the community?s history.
