Join master percussionist Phil Hawkins and his group for a rare public appearance in preparation for going into the studio to record a new CD. Phil is also an accomplished jazz drummer and one of the leading innovators of music for the steelpan. He plays a unique blend of world, jazz and latin music.

The group includes Paul and Mark Van Wageningen on drums and bass, Ray Obiedo on guitar and Murray Low on piano/keyboards.

Senzala restaurant offers perhaps the finest authentic Brazilian food in the South Bay and is a relaxed listening venue.
