The YWCA Greater Los Angeles Presents...

The Phenomenal Woman Awards Luncheon is one of the largest annual Employee Recognition events focusing on recognizing the work of the success of Women in Southern California. This 2 hour ceremony includes a fabulous lunch, name recognition from the podium, printed name recognition in a personal journal, a beautifully personalized certificate of achievement and lastly, a message from an amazing speaker. It is a great way to say "Thank you" for a job well done!

Purpose: For over 117 years, the YWCA Greater Los Angeles (YWCA GLA) has addressed the emerging and ongoing needs of women, girls and their families to ensure that they engage fully in life and realize their utmost potential. The YWCA GLA has used funds raised from the Phenomenal Woman Awards Luncheon to support programs that affect change in over 100,000 women and their families in the Los Angeles area. Programs like workforce development and housing, child development, and financial empowerment, are just a few programs that offer aid to women and their families to live successful lives.
