Pet's Weekend at Florida Renaissance Festival February 26, 2011

In honor of all pet lovers, the Florida Renaissance Festival is hosting Pet's Weekend, guests only chance to bring their pet to the festival.

*A portion of the registration fee is benefiting the Humane Society of Broward County.

Both days will have a pet's costume contest and various activities catered to their pets.

Seen by more than one million people in South Florida, this 16th Century production features more than 100 costumed performers, five stages with continuous entertainment from around the world. The festivities will feature historical reenactments, jousting, sword fights, magical illusions, "Washing Wenches" act, and an abundance of authentic fare.

The Deerfield Beach festival is held on five consecutive weekend dates through Sunday, March 13th at Quiet Waters Park.
