Peter Yarrow, Paul Stokey and Mary Travers—Peter, Paul & Mary—gave voice to a generation. Their renditions of songs like “Man of Constant Sorrow” brought America’s folksongs out from forgotten places while “Blowin’ in the Wind” or “If I Had a Hammer” moved their social and political commentaries to the forefront. Mixing stories, songs and anecdotes, Peter returns us to that time of passionate idealism and sweet nostalgia.
