Emerging San Francisco singer/songwriter, Peter James opens for headline band, Doveman. Also on the bill is David Thomas Broughton. Peter James released his first CD, Footnotes to Fairytales this year. His lush, cinematic, folk music is a cross between Nick Drake, James Blunt, and Bryan Ferry of Roxy Music. His lyrics stimulate imagery and emotion and the music is thoughtful, subtly-complex, and intelligently-composed.
