The Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO), Pennsylvania Education Technology Conference (PETC), Pennsylvania Association for Educational Communications and Technology (PAECT), Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and the Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit Instructional Materials Services Directors (IMS Directors) had a vision to create a single technology conference that would meet the needs of all aspects of education from instruction to administration to technology application. In 2004, this collaborative effort, now known as PETE & C, brought together over 1500 participants interested in new technology and how it can benefit their school districts.
