Choice sirloin strips sautéed with onions, tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and
cumin served with golden fried potato.

Pollo Saltado
Chicken sautéed with onions, tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and
cumin served with golden fried potato.

Arroz Con Mariscos
Fresh shellfish in a pimiento and green pea studded saffron rice.

COLD SAMPLER PLATE - $13

Papa A La Huancaina
Sliced potatoes on a bed of fresh lettuce, topped with mildly spice feta cheese sauce,
garnished with sliced hard boiled egg and marinated olive.

Ceviche
Seasoned fish, marinated in limejuice with a touch of chili, served with corn, yucca and sweet potato.

Causa
Cold yellow organic mashed potato cake. Stuffed with house chicken salad.
Garnished with hard boiled egg and a house South American dark olive dressing.

MIXED (HOT & COLD) SAMPLER PLATE - $13

Pescado A La Chorrillana
Fresh fillet of seasonal fish lightly breaded; topped with caramelized onions, tomatoes, house spices and wine. Served with sweet potato, rice.

Choros A La Chalaca
Boiled New Zealand Mussels topped with chopped onions, diced tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice.

Vegetarian Brochetas
Organic vegetable- zucchini, mushroom, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, yellow onions; flavor with an house Italian seasonings and wine grilled to perfection.
