Perspectives: PHD Gallery's 1st Annual Artist Showcase May 7, 2011

“Perspectives,” PHD Gallery’s first annual artist showcase, highlights the work of three artists with a unique point of view. Functioning as three solo shows in one, “Perspectives” affords artists an opportunity to exhibit a singular body of work representative of their current career arc. Three artists will be designated annually.
The three artists chosen for this year’s “Perspectives” reflect a variety of media and styles and features abstract acrylic paintings by Deanna Chafin, oil paintings of faces by Dennis DeToye, and fantasy ceramics by Ruth Reese. “Perspectives” is on view May 7 through June 11, 2011 with an opening reception on Saturday, May 7 from 7 to 10PM.
