Perseids Meteor Shower August 12, 2011

Led by members of the Omaha Astronomical Society, participants will have the opportunity to observe the popular Perseids Meteor Shower from a Loess Hills ridgetop. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and binoculars to the tranquil hills at Hitchcock Nature Center to view this spectacular event. Meet at the park entrance. Cost: $2.00 per person.
