Summer Fun at the Rose - Make a Play in a Week

This Performing Arts Summer School is for everyone aged 8-16 years.

Led by skilled professional artists, the week is about creating a piece of drama which also includes dance and music. A director, choreographer and musician will work with the participants and take them through a range of acting skills and performance techniques to create an original piece of theatre. On the final day there will be a sharing of the work which family and friends will be invited to see.

The Performing Arts Summer School is taking place from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th August 2010 from 10am-4pm and is a joint project between Rose Theatre at Edge Hill University and West Lancashire Borough Council.. The cost is £45 for the week with loads of fun to be had!
