Modernization and urbanization are giants that gobble and swallow. Some describe Chinaas a construction site ina cloud of sand and dust, on which high risesshoot from the ground or crumble to rubble, likely overnight. Otherssay China is a picture that is never still. It changes every time you close and open your eyes.

The city is a fantasy. It is a dream.

There are all sorts of sounds

There is all sorts of action, all the time

People move, buildings move, even rivers and mountains move

To this rhythm
