Perfectly Pictorialist: the Photographs of Edwin F Casper June 20, 2009

Drawn from the Dianne (Casper) Steinglass Collection, this will be the first-ever museum retrospective of Milwaukee photographer Edwin F. Casper's beautiful, soft-focus "pictorialist" photographs. Exhibited nationally and internationally in the first half of the 20th century, they showcase Casper's preferred home-sourced subject matter of landscapes, portraits and still-lifes.
