Penny Reel Duo, The Giraffes March 24, 2008

This Brooklyn, NY-based band brings an exciting old-school heavy metal vibe to the stage. A band mixed with all the great voices and sounds like Elvis Presley, Danzig, Misfits and a hint of AFI all in one great band, The Stranger's Six are a different breed of rock. Though it may seem like a weird combination of sound, it's really a masterpiece. The Slants are an Asian new wave group plowing their way through the Portland music scene.
