Pelican Pub & Brewery New Year's Eve Party December 31, 2008

The Pelican Pub & Brewery in Pacific City will be hosting a New Year's Eve party from 7pm to midnight. A fresh, special sheet menu will be available to order from for the party, in addition to our regular dining menu. The restaurant will be decorated with hundreds of floating balloons aloft throughout the Pub. No reservations are required and a complimentary champagne toast, (or beer toast) if you prefer, will be offered at midnight.

The Pelican will be featuring the sounds of accomplished acoustic and jazz guitarist, Christopher Woitach. Christopher is a jazz guitarist and composer living in Portland, Oregon. He performs a wide range of jazz styles, from Dixieland to Free jazz, Ragtime to Bebop. His compositions reflect his diverse musical tastes and abilities, and combine the intricacies of Baroque counterpoint with the freedom of modern jazz.

Christopher Woitach has played with many nationally and internationally known artists, including Bernadette Peters, Rich Little, Hank Roberts, Bob Mover, Tony Monaco, Mel Brown, and John Stowell. He regularly performs throughout the Pacific Northwest, and at jazz festivals in the U.S. and Canada.
