This band features Billy McCarthy, Martinez, Eric Sanderson and Tomislav Zovich. The Motion Sick is a socially aware, DIY indie rock band with a focus on dynamic, diverse music, energetic live shows and insightful lyrics. Static of the Gods creates distinctive music made up of catchy, noisy songs that bridge the gap between chanteuse-pop and indie rock. The Boston-based foursome crafts melodic hooks while fusing the high-energy rock of bands like Failure and The Pixies yet retaining the "heart on your sleeve" honesty of bands like Weezer, The Smiths and That Dog. Armed with a plethora of musical instruments, singer/songwriter Shawn Fogel brings his one-man-band musical style, showcasing his American spunk and genuine musicianship through affable beats and poignant lyrics.
