Distinguished from the outset by collaborations with extraordinary creators and performers, Peggy Baker Dance Projects has built an exceptional body of work.
One of Canada’s foremost modern dancers, Baker presents a mixed repertoire evening featuring her 2008 award-winning solo, "Portal"; her trio "coalesce", performed by outstanding dancers Sean Ling, Sahara Morimoto and Andrea Nann to an electro-acoustic score by Debashis Sinha; and Doug Varone's entwined duet "armour", danced by Baker and former longtime Varone company member, Larry Hahn.
